Dani Scialo
InstructorDani has always been an athlete. She swam competitively throughout her adolescence and her love for being active has since transferred to the class room. Dani holds certifications in a few different areas of fitness: indoor cycling, TRX, IndoRow, YogaKids and yoga. All of Dani's classes are opened to students of all levels and capabilities; offering modifications to new students and challenging routines to more advanced ones. Out of the classroom, you'll find Dani out in the water on her surfboard, attending concerts and enjoying time with loved ones.

InstructorAaron has been in the fitness industry for over ten serving as a functional trainer, certified sports performance coach, NSCAPT certified trainer, and boot camp specialist. He is also a guest speaker and lifestyle coach, helps clients focus on the power of using time, practice, knowledge and fun to grow. He is loved for his ability to encourage, challenge and help anyone to fall in love with the journey of becoming a better version of themselves. He will walk beside you not just as your trainer, but your mentor and friend.
Caren Rosenblum
InstructorCaren is a fitness instructor holding certifications in cycling, barre, TRX and rowing. Her love of outdoor cycling led to her first certification and she never looked back! She loves the power of music and incorporates all genres in her profiles. When she's not on the bike you can find her tending barre, encouraging her clients to push through the 'burn' and challenge themselves! She is also a certified personal trainer through NFPT.

Margaret Maher
InstructorMargaret has over 20 years’ experience teaching multiple formats of group fitness. She managed group fitness programs in the Long Island market for Bally Total Fitness where she was introduced to her first Pilates mat class through Balanced Body. Since her passion for Pilates has grown, Margaret has taken workshops with Stott Pilates and Peak Pilates. She holds certifications with Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), "Pilates Principles" - Fit Tour I & II, Pilates Mat with Balanced Body and recently added to her library of knowledge - Balanced Body Reformer.

Jacqueline Pinsker Rasch, LMT
InstructorJacqueline has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over five years. She graduated from New York College of Health Professions in 2011 with an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Studies. The modalities she works in are Deep Tissue massage, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, and reflexology. She is very passionate about the field of Massage Therapy and its benefits to her clients. Every massage is customized to meet their individual needs.

Donna Moy
InstructorFrom corporate finance, Donna has transitioned her career into health & wellness.
An athlete at heart, Donna competed in Dragon Boat Racing for two summers, completed the Hamptons Half Marathon and a Dirty Girl Mud Run. She also enjoys dancing, Zumba, martial arts, kick-boxing, yoga, meditation and hiking.
With 15 forms of yoga and 200 hours of Certified Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha / Vinyasa Flow Yoga from Vitality Yoga & Tai Chi Studio in Bayside + 200 hours of Certified Yoga Teacher Training in Chakra YogaTM from The Giving Tree Yoga Studio in Astoria.
She has worked with NYC clients and marathoners and continues to work with private clients who visit from various parts of the world. In addition to her yoga certifications, Donna also holds specialized certifications in unique forms of yoga such as Total TrainingTM, AromaYiNTM , and Yin & Restorative Yoga, which she is delighted to share and bring to Blast Spa & Fitness.

Maria Ochakovsky-Gomez
InstructorMaria first began her career in the fitness industry at Bally Total Fitness in 2004 as a group exercise instructor and program coordinator. She has taught at various fitness clubs throughout NYC and Long Island and most recently held a position as the Group Exercise Director for Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness in Garden City.
Maria holds a Primary Group Exercise certification through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AAFA) and has completed training with Mat from PHI Pilates, and is certified in Mat and Reformer from STOTT PILATES®. She continues to advance her studies through the Intensive curriculum offered by STOTT PILATES®. She believes Pilates will preserve the body long term and is passionate about engaging her clients with the mind body connection and rehabilitation of Pilates.

Serena Valdez
InstructorSerena is a certified personal trainer, Zumba, Bootcamp and TRX instructor. Since she was 6 years old, dance has always been her passion, from ballet to salsa. Susan McGuran
InstructorSusan has been in the fitness industry since 1990 as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, program manager and leads the NY BFIT University Instructor Training program for Bally Total Fitness for 17 years.
Susan was introduced to the Pilates principle of exercise on the reformer in 1999 by Elizabeth Larkam, director of Pilates and Beyond, an internationally recognized innovator in mind body movement. She holds certificates from BASI, Balanced Body Pilates, American Council on Exercise (ACE) for group and personal training, and licensed to teach Yoga Tune-Up® with specialty certificates in Yoga Tune Up® Ball Therapy.
Susan is well versed in Pilates Mat work with ring, roller, bands and ball as well as using unique props in Yoga Tune Up® to design programs based on individual needs, challenges and goals.
